Gigi’s Place Residential Assisted Living home is currently under construction and projected opening date early in 2026. At Gigi’s Place in Miamisburg, Ohio, comfort and thoughtful design are at the heart of everything we do. Each private suite is designed to balance function and warmth — providing a cozy, personalized space that truly feels like home.

Room sizes range from 174 to 224 square feet, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort. Every room includes a spacious closet for storage and a private bathroom, giving residents both independence and convenience.

To make each room move-in ready and welcoming, we’ve partnered with Anthony’s Amish Furniture to furnish each space with handcrafted, high-quality pieces:

• Twin-size bed and mattress with mattress protector

• Nightstand with lamp

• Power recliner with floor lamp

• Six-drawer dresser with a 55″ wall-mounted TV

• Wall mirror

• Window blinds (with draperies being considered as an added touch)

Residents are also welcome to bring their own furniture and décor to make the space uniquely theirs.
